Rata Honey Chai Boost

Ingredients:

(Serves 2)

1 cup of unsweetened applesauce or 1 cup chopped apple

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1/2 scoop vanilla protein

2 tsp Rata Honey

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1 Sprinkle of ginger, ground cloves, allspice

1/4 cup unsweetened cashew milk

1/2 cup ice

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a blender, serve and enjoy!
