Warning: these highly-addictive chocolate bites with Wedderspoon KFactor 16 Manuka Honey and Sea Salt have been known to disappear from kitchens! Mixing slightly bitter chocolate with rich Manuka honey and a touch of sea salt, these nutritive morsels will satisfy your sweet tooth and then some!
Double Chocolate Fudge Bites with Manuka Honey and Sea Salt
150g unsweetened bakers chocolate
168g (12 tbsp.) white chocolate
9 tsp Manuka Honey
Himalayan Sea Salt
Splash of almond milk (about 1 oz.)
Melt the two chocolates in double boiler, do not mix if you want a marbled affect. If chocolate is too thick, add a splash of nut milk.
Add a rounded tablespoon of chocolate to silicone cups or candy mold.
Add 1 tsp of Wedderspoon Manuka Honey to each mold.
Place an additional tablespoon of chocolate on top.
Sprinkle with salt and stick in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
*Left overnight and placed in the fridge the next morning, by afternoon they will be the prefect fudge-like texture.
