Looking to wow someone with a sweet treat this Valentine’s Day? Our latest creation, Manuka honeycomb, is guaranteed to do just that. Though it looks like a work of art, you don’t need to be a whiz in the kitchen to create it– all you need to is our best-selling Manuka honey!
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup light organic corn syrup
2 tsp honey
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup water
Line a 9×9 baking pan with parchment paper and spray with non stick spray.
In a medium size pot heat sugar, Manuka honey, organic corn syrup and water.(DO NOT STIR.)
Bring to a boil and use a candy thermometer to measure the temp of the mixture until it reaches 300F.
Remove from heat and add baking soda, whisk immediately.
The mixture will foam up and create a fluffy texture.
Transfer to a lined 9×9 pan.
Allow to cool for 2 hours then break into pieces.
