Avocado Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 2 avocados, pitted & skins removed
  • 1/2 cup Wedderspoon Manuka Honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 oz dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp stevia
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda

    Directions:

    1. Preheat Oven to 350°F
    2. Spray 8×8 pan with non stick spray
    3. Purée all ingredients, except 4 oz chocolate
    4. Once mixture is puréed, mix in chocolate + pour into pan
    5. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Let cool and Enjoy!
