Caramel Vanilla Post-Workout Shake

- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 scoop vanilla protein
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp Wedderspoon Manuka Honey
- 1 cup cashew milk
- A pinch of himalayan sea salt
- 1 Wedderspoon Manuka Honey Plus Vitality (Vanilla Almond)
- Add all ingredients to blender, saving about half of the Manuka Honey Plus Vitality pack to swirl into shake later.
- Blend thoroughly until desired consistency is reached.
- Pour into glass and swirl remaining Manuka Honey Plus Vitality into shake.
