Double Chocolate Fudge Bites

Double Chocolate Fudge Bites


  • 150 g unsweetened bakers chocolate
  • 12 tbsp white chocolate
  • 9 tsp Wedderspoon Manuka Honey
  • Himalayan Sea Salt
  • Splash of almond milk (about 1 oz)


    1. Melt the two chocolates in double boiler, do not mix if you want a marbled affect. If chocolate is too thick, add a splash of nut milk
    2. Add a rounded tbsp of chocolate to silicone cups or candy mold
    3. Add 1 tsp of Wedderspoon Manuka Honey to each mold
    4. Place an additional tablespoon of chocolate on top
    5. Sprinkle with salt and stick in the freezer for at least 1 hour

    For the perfect fudge-like texture, leave out overnight and place in the fridge a few hours before enjoying!
