Double Chocolate Fudge Bites

Ingredients:
- 150 g unsweetened bakers chocolate
- 12 tbsp white chocolate
- 9 tsp Wedderspoon Manuka Honey
- Himalayan Sea Salt
- Splash of almond milk (about 1 oz)
Directions:
- Melt the two chocolates in double boiler, do not mix if you want a marbled affect. If chocolate is too thick, add a splash of nut milk
- Add a rounded tbsp of chocolate to silicone cups or candy mold
- Add 1 tsp of Wedderspoon Manuka Honey to each mold
- Place an additional tablespoon of chocolate on top
- Sprinkle with salt and stick in the freezer for at least 1 hour
For the perfect fudge-like texture, leave out overnight and place in the fridge a few hours before enjoying!
