  • 6-8 oz cashew, almond, or other nut milk
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp cashew, almond, or peanut butter
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 tbsp Wedderspoon Gold Rata Honey
  • 2 tsp organic cacao powder

Directions:
