Manuka Honey Powerballs with Goji Berries

Ingredients:

  • 150 g of mixed nuts and seeds of choice; we used
  • 50 g of walnuts
  • 50 g coconut shreds
  • 50 g hemp seeds
  • ~30 g of superfood powders; we used
  • 10 g cacao powder
  • 5 g moringa powder
  • 5 g reshi mushroom extract
  • 5 g ground cinnamon
  • 3 g spirulina powder
  • 2 g ground cloves
  • 50 g dates or other dried fruit
  • 50-75 g Wedderspoon Raw Manuka Honey
  • Dried goji berries to garnish
  • Optional: Pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Process all dry ingredients in food processor until it reaches desired chunkiness
  2. Add dates and Wedderspoon Manuka Honey, process until dough forms; add more honey until mixture seems dry
  3. Roll into balls of various size
  4. Store in airtight container in freezer or refrigerator for 2 weeks. Enjoy the goodness!
