Manuka Popsicles with Vanilla & Raspberries
- 1 c plain greek yogurt
1/2 c fresh raspberries
1 tbsp Wedderspoon Manuka Honey
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp organic cane sugar
2 tbsp chocolate chips
- Divide the raspberries between 4 popsicle molds
- Mix together yogurt, Wedderspoon Manuka Honey, vanilla extract and cane sugar and divide into popsicle molds—on top of the raspberries
- Top each popsicle off with the chocolate chips and freeze overnight before enjoying.
Enjoy these within a week for the freshest taste!
