Manuka Popsicles with Vanilla & Raspberries

Ingredients:

  • 1 c plain greek yogurt
    1/2 c fresh raspberries
    1 tbsp Wedderspoon Manuka Honey
    1/4 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tbsp organic cane sugar
    2 tbsp chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Divide the raspberries between 4 popsicle molds
  2. Mix together yogurt, Wedderspoon Manuka Honey, vanilla extract and cane sugar and divide into popsicle molds—on top of the raspberries
  3. Top each popsicle off with the chocolate chips and freeze overnight before enjoying.
