Rata Honey Chai Boost
Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce (or 1 cup chopped apple)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 scoop vanilla protein
2 tsp Wedderspoon Rata Honey
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 sprinkle of ginger, ground cloves, allspice
1/4 cup unsweetened cashew milk
1/2 cup ice
Directions:
