Salmon Burgers with Honey Mustard

Ingredients:

BurgersĀ (Makes six small burgers. Double the ingredients for large patties.)

  • 1 can (14.75 oz) pink salmon
  • 1 oz plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • Ground pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Optional: bacon slices

    Honey Mustard

    • Equal parts Dijon mustard and Wedderspoon Raw Rata Honey
    • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
    • A pinch of onion powder
    • A pinch of garlic powder
    • A pinch of salt

      Directions:

      1. Mix all patty ingredients in a bowl, minus the sesame seeds. Form into six balls. Roll into the sesame seeds until coated. Spray a skillet with non-stick spray. Once pan is hot, add in salmon patties; flatten with spatula. Cook on medium high for about three minutes per side, or until crisp and brown on both sides.
      2. Mix all honey mustard ingredients together and serve on top of salmon burgers.
