Ingredients:

  • 4 graham cracker sheets
  • 1 scoop raw vegan protein powder
  • 1 tbsp stevia sweetened chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp vegan mini marshmallows
  • 1/8 tsp Himalayan sea salt
  • 1 tbsp Wedderspoon Raw Manuka Honey
  • 3/4 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 5 tbsp of water

    Directions:

    1. Put the graham cracker sheets into a food processor until finely ground. Save 1/4 cup for later.
    2. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl and add honey, coconut oil
    3. Start by mixing 3 tbsp of the water into the mixture and incorporate evenly. Add the last 2 tbsp of water to the mixture and stir until incorporated again
    4. Form 12 balls of the mixture and roll each one in the remaining graham cracker mixture. Enjoy!
