- 4 graham cracker sheets
- 1 scoop raw vegan protein powder
- 1 tbsp stevia sweetened chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp vegan mini marshmallows
- 1/8 tsp Himalayan sea salt
- 1 tbsp Wedderspoon Raw Manuka Honey
- 3/4 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 5 tbsp of water
- Put the graham cracker sheets into a food processor until finely ground. Save 1/4 cup for later.
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl and add honey, coconut oil
- Start by mixing 3 tbsp of the water into the mixture and incorporate evenly. Add the last 2 tbsp of water to the mixture and stir until incorporated again
- Form 12 balls of the mixture and roll each one in the remaining graham cracker mixture. Enjoy!
