Spicy & Sweet Detox Smoothie
Our Spicy & Sweet Detox smoothie will really wake you up in the morning and leave you feeling refreshed all throughout the day. This one-step drink is something you can make even on your busiest mornings.
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup kale or spinach
- 1 tsp fresh ginger
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp Wedderspoon Manuka Honey
- 1/2 cup ice
- Place all ingredients in a blend and blend until smooth.
