Our Spicy & Sweet Detox smoothie will really wake you up in the morning and leave you feeling refreshed all throughout the day. This one-step drink is something you can make even on your busiest mornings. 


  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup kale or spinach
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Wedderspoon Manuka Honey
  • 1/2 cup ice


  1. Place all ingredients in a blend and blend until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!
