Returns, Exchanges & Shipping
Once your package has been prepared for shipment, you will receive an email with tracking information, be sure check your spam/junk folders for this information. To keep you up to date on the arrival of your package, tracking information along with an anticipated delivery date, delivery confirmation and photo are provide by carrier. Please reach out to our Client Services team at info@wedderspoon.com to assist with any missing package issues.
Orders cannot be canceled or revised once placed. We are unable to accept PO Boxes for delivery. Please refer to our return policy below.
Orders must meet the $75.00 minimum after discount, promos and coupon codes are applied to qualify for free shipping. Orders under the $75.00 minimum will be required to select another shipping method.
We currently ship with the following methods:
- Economy
- UPS® Ground
- UPS 2nd Day Air®
- UPS Next Day Air®
We are unable to accept returns from Amazon or other retailers.
We are committed to providing you with the best quality service and products! If, for whatever reason, you are not happy with the products that you have ordered, please return your unused and re-sellable items to us, in their original packaging, with original Wedderspoon receipt, within 30 days from the receipt of your shipment. Once your return has been received, we will issue a refund, less shipping costs and a 10% re-stocking fee.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Time will generally begin processing that same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) ET will begin processing the following business day.

There is typically a 1-hour delay from the time your order is placed to when it is visible in our system.

UPS picks up daily between 2:00 PM and 2:30 PM ET, and all shipments are subject to carrier schedules.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Delivery times may be impacted by UPS service issues, including weather-related delays or other interruptions beyond our control.
We do not offer refunds for batch differences (i.e. color, texture, taste) as these differences are due to the natural state of the product and do not indicate compromised quality.
Refunds
Refunds will be provided in the same way that the initial payment was made i.e. Visa payments will be refunded directly to your Visa.
Please be aware that we cannot accept exchanges or returns on used or damaged items. Qualifying exchanges and returns must be in their original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
