Immunity Tea with Manuka Honey + Elderberry

Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon Gaia elderberry syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- Wedderspoon Manuka honey, to taste
Directions:
- Fill a glass with 1 cup of water.
- Pour the Gaia elderberry syrup and cinnamon into the cup and mix well.
- Spoon the Manuka honey into the cup, to taste (or squeeze, if you're using our handy squeeze bottle!).
- Continue to mix well and enjoy. It is best served chilled.
- Optional: place a stick of fresh cinnamon into your glass before enjoying.
This tonic will be a vibrant, dark plum color - taking its color from elderberry syrup. With a stick of cinnamon in the cup and perhaps a slice of lemon or orange on the rim, it will feel like you're drinking a fancy health cocktail!
