Blood Orange with Manuka Honey & Mascarpone Spread

  • 1 Grilled Blood Orange
  • 2 tbsp Mascarpone Cheese
  • 1 tsp Wedderspoon Raw Manuka Honey KFactor 16 
  • Crushed Walnuts
  • Optional Orange Chocolate
  • Pomegranate seeds


    1. Grill or broil, halved blood orange.
    2. Spoon the mascarpone cheese on top, drizzle honey and add crushed walnuts, pomegranate seeds and chocolate shavings.
