Valentine’s Day treats are even sweeter when they’re healthy. This year, skip out on the candy that’s filled with sugar, artificial colors and chemicals and opt for something that’s just as sweet and will have your body thanking you.

Brownie Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 scoops Garden of Life chocolate protein powder
  • 8 tbsp raw cocoa powder
  • 25 g dried dates
  • 15 g flax meal
  • 1 tbsp stevia or raw sugar
  • 1/4 cup Wedderspoon Manuka Honey
  • 1/5 cup maple syrup or agave
  • 1 serving (about 60) Lily’s Stevia-Sweetened Chocolate Chips

    Directions:

    1. Add oats to food processor and grind until it becomes powder. Add remaining ingredients until the dough is well combined. Roll into balls (makes 20). Store in an airtight container and keep in fridge.
