Is it just us or does it feel harder to get up and going as the days get chillier? Getting out from under the comfy covers can be challenging as we head into the winter months. But, having something to look forward to can help. Save yourself some money and skip your usual expensive latte from the local cafe and whip up a fancy drink at home. It will put some money back in your pocket, and also serve as a little treat to help get you out of bed.
Our Cold Brew Coffee with Manuka Honey Cold Foam recipe is mostly pre-prepared, making it easy for busy mornings. All you need to do is froth up the Manuka Honey cold foam. You can do this using a milk frother machine, coffee maker attachment, or a hand-frother. The froth can be made with dairy or non-dairy milk. For a thicker foam that will stay on top of the coffee longer, we suggest using a cream instead.
Adding Manuka Honey to the cold foam not only sweetens it up but also adds a little extra energy boost, which you likely need in the morning. Manuka Honey provides a natural boost of energy without jitters, which we love.
To get the full at-home cafe experience, drizzle Manuka Honey along the bottom and sides of your glass before pouring the cold brew in. Then, once the cold brew and cold foam have been poured, add another drizzle of Manuka Honey on top, and sprinkle cinnamon or pumpkin spice as well. You’ll get a little extra flavor, and it will look fancy and professionally made!
