  • 3 Tablespoon Manuka Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Elderberry Syrup
  • 3 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Tumeric
  • 1 Tablespoon Water


  1. Combine ingredients in a jar
