Honey Roasted Carrots

2 Tablespoons Wedderspoon Manuka Honey
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Bunch of whole carrots
Wash and peel carrots, then cut them longways.
- Drizzle with olive oil and Wedderspoon Manuka Honey. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix to coat carrots thoroughly.
- Roast in oven at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
