Lavender Smoothie
Yes, this smoothie is as delicious as it is pretty! Our Lavender Smoothie is a super easy-to-make drink that's refreshing and high in protein.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup ice
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 scoop Garden of Life Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp Wedderspoon Manuka Honey
- 3/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 cup nut milk
- 1 tsp culinary lavender
Directions:
- Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
