Peppermint Protein Shake

Peppermint Protein Shake

Ingredients:

Blended Version

  • 1 scoop Garden of Life chocolate protein
  • 1-2 Wedderspoon Manuka Honey on the Go packets
  • 1-3 drops peppermint extract OR 1 tsp peppermint flavored coffee (if using extract, add 1 tsp of instant coffee)
  • 1 cup unsweetened nut milk or water
  • 1/2 cup ice

 

      On-The-Go Version

      • 1 scoop Garden of Life chocolate protein
      • 1-2 Wedderspoon Manuka Honey on the Go packets
      • 1 cup peppermint flavored coffee, brewed
      • 1/2 cup unsweetened nut milk

          Directions:

          1. If making blended version, put all ingredients in blender. Blend to desired consistency and serve.
          2. If making on-the-go version, blend ingredients in blender cup or simply mix well using stirrer or spoon. Add ice after mixing, if desired. Enjoy!
