Mix all Matcha Balls ingredients in a bowl; refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
- Remove mixture from refrigerator and form small balls - size by preference.
- Mix melted white chocolate and additional Jade Leaf Matcha in a separate bowl.
- Roll the matcha balls in the melted white chocolate and matcha mixture.
- Let set, or refrigerate to store.
