Healthier Cereal Treat Footballs🏈
Ingredients
- 2 cups puffed rice cereal
- ½ cup chocolate protein powder
- 1 tbsp dutch-processed cocoa powder
- ½ cup + 2 tbsp creamy, natural almond butter
- ½ cup Wedderspoon Mānuka Honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup white chocolate chips, to drizzle on laces
- Flaky sea salt
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cereal with protein powder and cocoa powder.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt together almond butter and honey. Remove from heat and whisk in vanilla.
- Pour into the protein cereal mix and stir well to combine. Take 2-3 tbsp of mixture at a time and form into football shapes. Add to a parchment lined baking sheet. Decorate tops with melted white chocolate. Refrigerate for 10 min to set chocolate. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt
