Healthier Cereal Treat Footballs🏈

Ingredients 

  • 2 cups puffed rice cereal 
  • ½ cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp dutch-processed cocoa powder 
  • ½ cup + 2 tbsp creamy, natural almond butter
  • ½ cup Wedderspoon Mānuka Honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup white chocolate chips, to drizzle on laces  
  • Flaky sea salt 

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cereal with protein powder and cocoa powder. 
  2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt together almond butter and honey. Remove from heat and whisk in vanilla.
  3. Pour into the protein cereal mix and stir well to combine. Take 2-3 tbsp of mixture at a time and form into football shapes. Add to a parchment lined baking sheet. Decorate tops with melted white chocolate. Refrigerate for 10 min to set chocolate. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt
