Here’s how Manuka can help set you up for better sleep: 

• Natural slow-release energy: 
Manuka honey contains natural sugars that your body breaks down gradually. That slow release can help keep your blood sugar stable overnight, meaning fewer “why am I awake right now?” moments. 

• Supports nighttime brain fuel: 
Your brain uses glycogen while you sleep. A little honey before bed may help support those glycogen stores, which can help keep your sleep cycles steadier. 

• Naturally calming + soothing: 
Warm liquids + honey = a combo that signals your nervous system to downshift. Think: comfort, softness, grounding. 

Here are two cozy ways to enjoy Manuka at night: 

1. Manuka Tea
