Healthy Honey Lemonade

In an effort to combine hydration with a healthy dose of patriotism, we’ve concocted our Fourth of July Healthy Honey Lemonade, full of cleansing fresh lemon juice and our best-selling Wedderspoon Manuka honey. Bright and simple to make, this Wedderspoon-approved lemonade will leave you energized for anything the holiday weekend throws your way!

Ingredients:

  • 4 1/2 cups water
  • 1/3- 1/2 cup Wedderspoon KFactor 16 Manuka Honey
  • 1 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • Berries of your choice
  • Optional: Berries soaked in four shots of Whiskey overnight

    Directions:

    1. Boil 1 cup of water, turn heat to low, add honey and stir until dissolved
    2. Add mixture to lemon juice and remaining water
    3. Mix in berries of your choice (we used blueberries) and serve with ice
