Dairy-Free Pumpkin Cold Brew with Collagen Cream

Now that it's officially fall, it's time to enjoy all things pumpkin! Our Pumpkin Cold Brew recipe will satisfy your pumpkin craving and includes the added health benefits of collagen. Amazing!

Ingredients:

  • 1 or 2 cups cold brew coffee
  • Ice (optional)
  • 1 cup dairy-free milk
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp Wedderspoon Manuka Honey
  • 1 tbsp Ancient Nutrition Collagen Peptides
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice 

    Directions:

    1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
    2. Pulse until smooth.
    3. Add ice to your cup or favorite reusable travel mug (if you choose to use ice).
    4. Fill cup with cold brew coffee.
    5. For a kick of extra pumpkin, top with pumpkin creamer.
    6. Enjoy!
